Wirefast’s Enterprise integrated SMS and MMS solutions selected by NHS

Wirefast Enterprise Salesforce’s integrated SMS and MMS solutions have been selected by the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) to help with its new customer service initiatives.

By selecting the Wirefast solution the NHS now has a full two-way end-to-end SMS and MMS service embedded into the Salesforce customer services system.

With the Wirefast solution can send and receive SMS and MMS as well as getting a full audit and delivery notification trail, keeping all disparate sources of information together.
